What is the process?

1) Click to download application, digital signature certification form.

2) Print application form, sign all pages and paste photograph.

3) Attached self attested document Know Your Customer (KYC) document.

How long will it take?

1) The approval process takes 7 working days after receiving all valid documents mentioned in the registration process.

Is the rail agency available pan-india?

1) Yes, rail services are available in PAN-INDIA as our 24X7 dedicated rail team will be there for support

What is the process?
a) Self Attested Photo Copy of following:

i. Proof of ID – Any two of the following

1) Diving Licence

2) Passport

3) Post Office ID card/Bank Account Passbook containing the photograph and signed by an individual with attestation by the concerned Bank Official

4) Photo ID card issued by the Ministry of Home affairs of Center/State Governments

5) Any Government issued Photo ID card bearing the signature of the individual

6) Aadhaar Card

ii. Proof of Address – Any two of the following

1) Voter ID Card

2) Diving Licence

3) Passport

4) Mobile(BSNL/MTNL)/Telephone Bill(BSNL/MTNL)/Gas Connection

5) Service Tax/VAT Tax/ Sales Tax registration certificate

6) Electricity /Water Bill

7) Aadhaar Card

iii. Proof of Signature

1) PAN Card

2) Passport

3) Bankers verification (Only Scheduled Commercial Bank)

4) Copy of entire Registered sale deed showing photo and signature

5) Government ID Card for Government Employees

b. Digital Signature Application form with following documents and guidelines

1) PAN Card – Self attested with attested by Gazetted Officer or Bank Manager or Post Master

2) Proof of Address – Self attested with attested by Gazetted Officer or Bank Manager or Post Master

3) Digital Signature Application Form – Duly filled, signed and cross signature on photograph pasted.
